Civil Engineer

CE is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for our Carlsbad, CA Corporate Office. This CE Prime expert will join the team to develop sound structural and civil repair specifications. He or she will enhance our unparalleled combination of over 30 years experience which continues to allow us to offer unmatched Civil Engineering Expert Witness services to both owners and developers. `In addition to providing consultation to attorneys, private adjusters, insurers, owners, HOAs, and public agencies, duties include forensic engineering investigation, document and claims analysis, development of repair recommendations, standard of care review, surveying, estimating, etc.
Qualified candidate must possess a PE license, Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 10 years field experience. Experience should include planning, engineering, construction, and business management in all phases of general civil engineering as it relates to commercial, industrial, single and multi-family residential communities, and public works projects. Expert witness testimony for engineering-related construction defect litigation highly preferred.
