Responsibilities include oversight of ROW Management, ROW Acquisition, and Utility Coordination. Other responsibilities include performing plan review services, processing permits and agreements, easement preparation and interpretation, performing construction observation, providing inter-governmental liaison assistance, and performing ROW program assessment.
Mr. Doze brings over 20 years of construction industry and construction defect litigation support experience to CE Prime. He has assisted in the development of over 500 custom and semi-custom homes, has reconstructed over 7500 condominium units, and has acquired hands-on management experience throughout all construction phases. He has also worked with many construction defect law firms, insurance companies, and homeowners associations to resolve their construction defect claims and reconstruction requirements.
