Responsibilities include Right of Way (ROW) Policy and Procedure development, Inter-Governmental Agency Liaison Assistance, and Easement Interpretation and Preparation. Additional areas of expertise involve developing document management and control programs, ROW program assessment,construction oversight, engineering plan review, program management and quality control.
Joe Currie brings to CE Prime Inc. 18 years of experience combined between public service and working in the private sector. He is an active member of the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA) serving as IRWA Chapter 11 Professional Development Chair and Past President for San Diego where he regularly utilizes his talents to bring members together to accomplish Chapter goals. Mr. Currie is an IRWA Senior Right-of-Way Agent (SR/WA), is currently studying to earn a Real Estate license in California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Humboldt State University.
